摘要
目的探索影响目前中山市结核病管治质量的因素,探讨相应的改进措施,为决策层完善提高中山市结核病的管治质量的政策提供理论依据。方法根据中山市2008、2009、2010年三年的肺结核项目病人的结案病历资料和中山市本地及外地2008年至2010年肺结核登记数及登记肺结核患者治疗队列分析表的资料,检验目前实施方法及管治办法的效果。结果中山市2008、2009、2010年登记的活动性肺结核病人的初治涂阳治愈率,复治涂阳治愈率,初治涂阴完成疗程率,系统管理率均不达标。结论现行的实施程序及管治模式己不适应中山市全人口的结核病项目的管治。要提高中山市的结核病的管治质量,必须找出可能影响中山市肺结核管治质量的因素,采取相应的改进措施。
Objective To investigate the effect of current management on pulmonary tuberculosis （PTB） and explore relevant management in Zhongshan, providing the theoretic evidences for improving the management quality on PTB in Zhongshan. Methods Date from internet bases infectious disease reporting system, TB registration and TB institutional statements about the rate of arrival in local population and floating population from 2008 to 2010 were analyzed, to test the effect about the circumstanced management. Results The cured rate of primary treatment smear positive tuberculosis and relapsing pulmonary tuberculosis （RPTB） had not reached the targets. The e completion rate of cured primary treatment smear negative either. Conclusions The implementation procedure and pattern management couldn＇t match the governance project on PTB in the whole Zhongshan city. Find out the influence factors of management quality for pulmonary tuberculosis and take effective measures to improve the governance quality for pulmonary tuberculosis in Zhongshan.
