摘要
采用甲基异丁基甲酮溶解松香,用0.1mol/L盐酸作为水相反萃取其中的重金属,用火焰原子吸收光谱法对铁、镍、铜、铅、锌的含量进行测定。并且探讨了该方法搅拌时间对测定结果的影响及多次测定的重现性。该方法铁、镍、铜、铅、锌的平均回收率为90.9%—95.5%,RSD为1.8%—5.3%,检出限为0.01—0.25mg/L。
The rosin was dissolved by methyl isobutyl ketone,and the metal elements in the rosin were reextracted with 0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid as aqueous phase,then the contents of iron,nickel,copper,lead and zinc were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).The effect of mixing time on the determination results and the multiple measuring repeatability of the method were investigated.The average recoveries of iron,nickel,copper,lead and zinc were in the range of 90.9%—95.5% with RSD from 1.8% to 5.3%,and the detection limits were between 0.01mg/L to 0.25mg/L.
