摘要
网络环境中,随着信息用户角色与地位的变化,对信息质量的理解与认知也发生了较大变化。对信息质量认知现状进行概括与反思,基于信息交互中的用户体验分析,从用户体验视角对信息概念与内涵进行重新阐释与分析,并构建形成基于用户体验视角的信息质量概述模型。
In network environment,with the changing of information users role and position,the interpretation and cognizing of information quality has been changed greatly.The paper analyzes and rethinks the actuality of information quality cognizing firstly.Based on the analysis of user experience in information interaction,it interprets and analyses the concept and intension afresh from the perspective of user experience,and constructs the information quality concept model.
