摘要
目的:对细叶小檗果实的化学成分进行初步研究。方法:采用理化鉴别法、薄层色谱法对其进行定性分析研究。结果:细叶小檗果实含有小檗碱、挥发油等成分。结论:所建立的方法准确、可靠、专属性强,可用于该药的分析研究。
Objective：To study the chemical constituents of the fruit of Berberis poiretii Schneid. Methods：Physical and chemical methods of identification and TLC were used to study the chemical constituents of the fruit of Berberis poiretii Schneid. Results ： The fruit of Berberis poiretii Schneid contained Berberine , essential oil etc. Conclusion ： The method is accurate, reliable and specific, and can be used to study the chemical constituents of the fruit of Berberis poiretii Schneid.
