摘要
目的:对细叶小檗果实的化学成分进行初步研究。方法:采用理化鉴别法、薄层色谱法对其进行定性分析研究。结果:细叶小檗果实含有小檗碱、挥发油等成分。结论:所建立的方法准确、可靠、专属性强,可用于该药的分析研究。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the fruit of Berberis poiretii Schneid. Methods:Physical and chemical methods of identification and TLC were used to study the chemical constituents of the fruit of Berberis poiretii Schneid. Results : The fruit of Berberis poiretii Schneid contained Berberine , essential oil etc. Conclusion : The method is accurate, reliable and specific, and can be used to study the chemical constituents of the fruit of Berberis poiretii Schneid.
