摘要
紫黄解毒片对伤寒、副伤寒甲、乙三联菌苗引起家兔发热和2,4-二硝基酚引起大鼠发热有明显的抑制作用,对大鼠甲醛性足肿胀、小鼠巴豆油性耳肿胀和大鼠巴豆油液-气囊肉芽肿形成有明显的抑制作用,明显促进小鼠机体非特异性免疫功能,对体液免疫也显示一定的作用趋势。说明本药是通过抗炎、解热和促进免疫功能等多种途径来发挥解毒消肿、清热养阴功效的,且呈现一定的剂量依赖关系。
Zihuang Jiedu tablet has a markedly inhibiting action on rabbits' fever caused by typhoid paralyphoid A and B triple vaccine and rats' fever by 2,4 dinitrophenol.It can inhibit the forming of swell in rats' foot caused by formaldehyde,the forming of swell in mice ear by compound croton oil and controling granulomatosis on rats' back caused by compound croton oil and air sac effectively,too.It promotes nonspecific immunologic function in mice,and has the effective tendency of humoral immunity.The study indicated that the tablet give full play to the action of removing toxic material,dispelling swell,clearing away heat and norishing Yin by the action of anti inflammatory,antipyrtion and promoting immunologic function etc,which positively relates to the dosage. [KEY WORDS] Zihuang Jiedu tablet;clearing away heat and toxic material;anti inflammatory;immunityhe positive expression of the four proteins has a negative relation to the differentiation of the tumor cells. The lower degree of differentiation the tumor cells are, the weaker positive signals they express. Of the four substances in the basement membrane, laminin is the main material which adhere the parenchymal cell to the collagen in basement membrane of the tumor. Basement membrane proteins could be regarded as one of the basis to evaluate the prognosis of ACC.
