摘要
农民培训是农村人力资本形成的重要途径。只有对农民进行实用的技术培训,造就一批全面发展的新型农民,才能实现"生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主"的新农村建设的总体目标。文章主要以人力资本理论为基础,阐述农民培训的价值,通过分析现阶段我国农民培训存在的主要问题,找出对农民培训发展的新路径。
Famer Training is the crucial way of forming the rural human capital.Only by offering farmers the practical technical training for the result of cultivating new farmers with overall development,can the basic goals of the construction of new socialist countryside be realized,that is, ＂production development,well-off life,rural civilization,clean and tidy village,democratic management＂.Based on the theory of human capital, this paper insists on the value of farmer training and,by the analysis of the present problems of the farmer training,provides the new route and policy suggestions for the development of the farmer training.
