不同变性淀粉表面施胶液对灰底白纸板性能影响的研究

摘要 本文将自制的各种改性淀粉胶液用于涂布灰底白纸板的生产中,考察了经各种改性淀粉胶液施胶后成纸的耐破度、层间结合强度以及成纸正面吸水性,结果表明:食用玉米淀粉酶改性胶液施胶成纸的耐破度和层间结合强度都好于市售木薯变性淀粉胶液;而成纸正面吸水性与市售木薯变性淀粉胶液的施胶效果相当。因此,从成纸性能上,食用玉米淀粉酶改性胶液可以替代市售变性淀粉胶液。 In this paper, a variety of modified starch sizing agents made by Dongguan Jianhui Paper Co. LTD were applied in the production of grey bottom board, Moreover, the bursting strength, Scott bond strength and water ad- sorbency of right side of papers were investigated. The results showed that the paper sized with the sizing of food grade corn starch modified by enzyme was better than that sized with the sizing of the commercial modified cassava starch in bursting strength and Scott bond strength, and they had similar performance in water adsorbency. There- fore, from performance of the paper, the sizing of food grade corn starch modified by enzyme could be a substitute for the commercial modified cassava starch.
