摘要
文章首先研究了区域体育产业比较优势的内涵,认为区域体育产业比较优势应该从人力资源、物质资源、资本资源、技术资源、市场资源和制度资源等六大要素禀赋来识别。以该理论框架为基础,构建了区域体育产业比较优势评价指标体系,并运用主成分分析法和专家咨询法给出各指标要素的权重。这对于推动学术界对区域体育产业比较优势评价指标体系的深入研究和政府制定区域体育产业发展战略提供参考。
Based on the perspective of comparative advantage theory,this paper considered that the regional sports industry comparative advantage must be recognized from human capital,material resource,technique,market and institution.Meanwhile,this paper used the Delphi Expert system for the consultation of Chinese experts in areas of theoretical and practical sports economist;the present paper constructed the comparative advantage assessment index system of regional sports industry.On this basis,the study obtained the weight coefficients of all the indicators using the method of Principal Component Analysis（PCA） and expert consult. It is important to promote the evaluation system of this field in academic circle and provide references for governments to implement the comparative advantage development strategy of sports industry.
