摘要
采用正交回归设计实验方法,分析了激光淬火功率和扫描速度对GCr15钢淬火后摩擦系数的影响,建立了渗层回归方程。结果表明,与常规淬火相比,激光淬火有利于降低GCr15钢的干摩擦系数;激光输出功率为900 W、扫描速度为400 mm/min时,干摩擦系数最低为0.74。
The influence rule of laser-quenchued and scanning speed on the friction coefficient of GCr15 steel after quenching was analyzed by the orthogonal regressive principle, and the regression equation of the hardness was established. The results indicate that the laser quenching is beneficial to the dry friction coefficient of the GCr15 steel. The dry friction coefficient is about 0.74 with laser power output 900 W and scanning speed 400 mm/min.
