经导管主动脉瓣置入术治疗严重主动脉瓣狭窄 被引量：2

摘要 主动脉瓣狭窄（aorticstenosis，AS）是一种常见的老年性退行性心脏瓣膜疾病，随着年龄的增加发病率逐渐升高。75岁以上老年人群中AS的发病率高达4．6％。外科主动脉瓣置换手术是惟一有效的治疗方法，但患者合并严重疾病时，
