摘要
探讨了DMT副产物本甲酸甲酯与NaOH皂化反应制备苯甲酸钠的工艺条件。结果表明NaOH的极限质量分数为18%~19%,适宜反应温度为90~95℃。同时研究了以苯作共沸剂进行共洗精馏以有效分离苯甲酸钠与水的工艺条件,最终可得纯度高于99%的食品添加剂级苯甲酸钠成品。
Methyl benzoate obtained as a byproduct in the production of dimethyl terephthalte, was employed after purification, in the saponifying process for preparing whium benzoate with NaOH. The results show that thelimiting concentration of NaOH solution is about 18 % ~ 19 %, and the reaction temperature was 90 ~95℃. Theprocess conditions of untropic distillation were also studied for effectively isolating the solid edium benzoatefrom its aqueous solutions with benzene. Qualified sodium benzoate products with purity of above 99. 0 %, usefulas food additive, have been obtained.
