摘要
脉诊作为中医的特色诊法之一,有其独特的诊断原理,其中体现的整体思维和辨证思维,是中医理论在临床实践中的延伸与体现。近几十年来对脉诊客观化研究的学者层出不穷,虽有成果但临床应用却不很突出。因为无论是在脉诊仪的设计上还是在分析方法上都没能真正掌握其与传统脉诊学的结合点。重新认识中医传统脉诊学和现代科学技术,从新的角度寻找现代科学技术与传统脉学的结合点,为脉诊客观化研究提供新的思路和方向。
Pulse-diagnosis is one of the characteristic diagnostic methods in TCM,and the concept of holism and dialectical thoughts in which are the extension and embodiment of TCM theory in clinical practice.In recent decades,many scholars were engaged in the objective study of pulse-diagnosis,but there were no a breakthrough in the application of clinical practice.The reason was they could not combine the modern technology with the traditional sphygmology.So we should rediscover the modern technology and the traditional sphygmology and find a medium from a new perspective,which will provide a new thinking and direction for the objective study of pulse-diagnosis.
