摘要
目的探讨急诊科护士职业倦怠与大五人格特征的相关性。方法采用职业倦怠量表、简版大五人格问卷对93名急诊科护士进行问卷调查。结果急诊科护士职业倦怠程度较高,且高于国内护士群体常模(P<0.01)。分层回归分析结果显示,在控制了人口统计学变量后,大五人格特征的5个维度对急诊科护士职业倦怠总分具有预测作用(P<0.01或P<0.05)。大五人格特征对情绪耗竭、去人格化、个人成就感降低及职业倦怠总分的解释变异量分别增加16.3%、15.8%、21.2%和19.5%。结论大五人格特征能够有效预测急诊科护士的职业倦怠,预防和矫正护士职业倦怠水平必须采取改变个人和组织的综合性干预措施。
Objective To investigate the relationship between job burnout and Big Five Personality of emergency nurses. Methods A total of 93 emergency nurses were investigated with Big Five Personality Scale and Maslash Burnout Inventory. Results The rate of job burnout of emergency nurses was in a high level and higher than the norm of native nurses (P 〈0.01 ). Hierarchical multiple regression indicated that 5 dimensions in Big Five Personality had a predict effects on the score of job burnout of emergency nurses after controlling for demographic variables ( P 〈 0. O1 or P 〈 O. 05 ). The scores of variance of Big Five Personality to emotional exhanstion,personification,reduced personal accomplishment and job burnout were 16.3% ,15.8% ,21.2% and 19.5% respectively. Conclusion Big Five Personality was a powerful predictor of job burnout. Comprehensive intervention strategies should be implemented to prevent job burnout of emergency nurses.
