摘要
乙型肝炎是由乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)所引起的危害严重的传染病。HBV基因型与其危害程度有一定的相关性。本文着重对现有的HBV基因分型方法、基因型别与地理分布、基因突变、致病性及抗病毒治疗的相关性进行介绍,并对目前HBV基因型研究存在的不足与未来的发展进行讨论与展望。
Hepatitis B is a serious contagious disease caused by the Hepatitis B virus（HBV）. The genotype of it is revelant to its damage to a certain extant. This article focuses on the existing genotyping method and the association between its genotype and geographical distribution, genetic mutation, pathogenic and the relevance of antiviral therapy. This article also focuses on the discussion and outlook for the defects of current gene research and its future development.
