生物质秸秆直管气流干燥模拟与试验分析

摘要 基于两相流理论,建立了生物质秸秆直管气流干燥模拟方程,利用Matlab语言调用标准四阶Runge-Kudra法,得到了数值解.建立了干燥试验台,进行了单因素试验并得到试验结果,通过对比得出模拟结果与试验结果吻合.分析了初始含湿量和热风温度对干燥的影响. Based on two-phase flow theory, the numeral solution of the mathematical simulation equation stood for gas flow drying process which refers to straw fuel in straight horizontal tube obtained by the standard four-step Runge-Kudra method. Test bed of pneumatic drying was established, and the test results were summed up by making single-factor test on the test bed. The results of simulating and single-factor test were coincided. The influences of initial moisture content and air temperature are analyzed.
