摘要
通过使用粒子图像测速法(PIV)测量手段,对垂直方形管道内喷粉过程中产生的气流速度和湍流强度进行了测量,并对测量数据进行了分析讨论。通过计算得到了气流速度和湍流强度随时间的变化曲线。结果表明,管道中气流平均速度在喷粉结束之前与时间基本成线性增加。喷粉结束后,气流平均速度急剧减小。水平方向和垂直方向的湍流强度在喷粉结束后0~350 ms内均成负指数衰减,350 ms后管道中湍流强度随时间变化较小。
By via of PIV measurement technology, airflow speed and turbulent intensity on the process of powder jet were measured in verticle square tube. Further analysis and discussion were carried on based on the metrical data. Var iation curve of the airflow speed and turbulence intensity with time were obtained through the computation. The results indicate that in tube average airflow speed has the linearity relation with time basically before the end of powder jet. After the end of powder jet, the average airflow speed reduces suddenly. Turbulence intensity in the horizontal direction and vertical direction decays with the negative exponent in 0 - 350 ms after the process of powder jet. The turbulence intensity has small variation with the time in the tube after 350 ms.
