Study on the relationship between the expression of Her2/Neu and EGFRvⅢ and the pathogenesis of the occurring and the invasion in the breast carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨表皮生长因子受体2型(Her2/Neu)和表皮生长因子受体3型突变体(EGFRvⅢ)在乳腺癌发生及其浸润过程中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学染色法(SP法)检测30例正常乳腺组织(NB)、导管原位癌(DCIS)和乳腺浸润性导管癌(IDCNOS)各50例石蜡标本中Her2/Neu和EGFRvIII的表达情况。结果 Her2/Neu和EGFRvⅢ在NB、DCIS和IDCNOS组中的阳性表达率均呈上升趋势,且差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。IDCNOS组中EGFRvⅢ的表达水平明显高于DCIS组(P<0.01)。各组乳腺组织中Her2/Neu和EGFRvⅢ的表达情况呈正相关(r=0.597,P<0.001)。结论 Her2/Neu和EGFRvⅢ均可能参与乳腺癌的发生,且EGFRvⅢ可能在乳腺癌的浸润过程中起重要作用。 Objective To discuss the relationship between the expression of Her2/Neu and EGFRvlII and the pathogenesis of the occurring and the invasion in the breast carcinoma. Methods The expressions of Her2/ Neu and EGFRvlII were studied by S-P immunohistochemical staining in the paraffin embedded specimens, 30 cases of the normal breast(NB), 50 cases of ductal carcinoma in situ(DCIS)and 50 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma, no otherwise specified(IDCNOS). Results The significant increasing trend of the positive expression was observed in both Her2/Neu and EGFRvlII among the group ofNB, DCIS,and IDCNOS(p〈0.01).The higher expression of EGFRvlII was observed in IDCNOS than DCIS(p〈0.01). The postive correlation was found between the expression of Her2/Neu and EGFRvlII in the groups ofNB, DCIS and IDCNOS(r = 0.597, P〈 0.001). Conclusion It seems that both Her2/Neu and EGFRvlII are related to the occurring of the breast carcinoma, and EGFRvlII might play an important role in the pathogenesis of the invasion.
