摘要
本文论述对抗震要求的建筑 ,在设计中应考虑在经济合理的基础上更有效地抗震能力。目前对于超规范规定的建筑方案 ,若结构采用加强构造的方法来解决抗震问题 ,仍存在不安全因素。
This paper discusses that for earthquake resistant buildings, more effective capability to resist earthquake should be considered in the design on the basis of rational economy. At present, for those architectural schemes that exceed the stipulation provided by the code, unsafety factors still exist even if reinforced constructional measures have been used for the struture to solve the earthquake resistance problem.
