2型糖尿病患者血脂检测结果分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者的血脂检测及意义。方法 2型糖尿病患者178例,健康体检者165例,空腹8h抽取静脉血离心,检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)浓度。结果病例组与对照组血脂各指标浓度的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),病例组的HDL-C浓度低于对照组,而TC、TG浓度高于对照组。结论血脂检测对2型糖尿病患者具有重要意义。
