摘要
目的研究冷沉淀液湿敷对鼻咽癌患者放射性口腔溃疡的防治效果。方法选取鼻咽癌行放射治疗患者分为观察组、对照组各30例。观察组在患者口腔黏膜充血水肿时,用浸有冷沉淀制剂的无菌棉片湿敷直至局部痊愈;对照组用普通口腔含漱液(内含2%普鲁卡因、地塞米松、庆大霉素)漱口。比较两组口腔溃疡严重程度及溃疡愈合时间的差异。结果观察组Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度口腔炎的例数显著低于对照组(Z=4.646,P<0.05);观察组口腔溃疡愈合时间(5.80±1.61)d,明显短于对照组(10.61±2.59)d,差异有统计学意义(t=8.43,P<0.01)。结论与使用普通口腔含漱液相比较,局部应用冷沉淀湿敷治疗鼻咽癌患者的放射性口腔溃疡,能有效减轻局部疼痛及炎症,并具有促进创面愈合的作用。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of cryoprecipitate on radiogenic oral ulcer for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods Sixty patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided treatment group（n=30） and control group（n=30）.The patients in treatment group were treated by cryoprecipitate since the beginning of oral mucosal congestion and edema,while the patients in control group were treated by common gargle,including 2% procaine,dexamethasone and gentamicin.The severity and healing time of oral ulcer were recorded.Results There were less cases of Ⅲ°and Ⅳ°oral ulcer in treatment group（Z=4.646,P0.05） and the healing time in treatment group（5.80±1.61） d,was significantly shorter than that in control group（10.61±2.59） d（t=8.43,P0.01）.Conclusion Compared with common gargle,cryoprecipitate is effective in relieving pain and inflammation and shorten healing time for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
