摘要
以Zr-1.0Sn-1.0Nb-Fe合金为研究对象,对其挤压管坯、一次冷轧管坯及二次冷轧管坯进行真空退火处理,并采用偏光显微镜对每道次退火后的金相组织进行观察分析,研究了不同挤压温度以及不同退火制度对Zr-Sn-Nb-Fe合金再结晶退火处理的影响。结果表明:同一加工态下,600℃的挤压管坯在640℃/2 h退火发生再结晶程度大于640℃的挤压管坯,再结晶温度随挤压温度的降低而降低;在600℃的退火温度下,延长保温时间对锆合金再结晶程度影响不大;对挤压管坯、一次冷轧管坯的最佳退火温度为600℃/2 h,二次冷轧管坯的最佳退火温度为580℃/2 h或590℃/2 h。
Extrusion tube,1st cold rolled tube and 2nd cold rolled tube of the optimized Zr-Sn-Nb-Fe alloy was annealed on different annealing process,the annealed microstructure was observed by polarized light microscopy,the influence of different extrusion temperature and different annealing process on the treatment of Zr-Sn-Nb-Fe alloy recrystallization annealing was analyzed.The results showed that the recrystallization level of 600 ℃ extrusion tube after annealing at 640 ℃/2 h more than 640 ℃ extrusion tube under the same processing state,the recrystallization temperature was reduced with the decrease of extrusion temperature.The annealing time had little effect on the recrystallization at 600 ℃.The optimal annealing temperature of extrusion tube and 1st cold rolled tube all was 600 ℃/2 h,and the best annealing temperature was 580 ℃/2 h or 590 ℃/2 h for 2nd cold rolled tube.
