摘要
以信息科学领域国家杰出青年科学基金获得者为研究对象,从教育连贯性、教育经历多元复合性以及本科阶段教育单位层次等三个视角,分析他们从本科到博士毕业的关键成长路径。从而为我国基础研究青年拔尖人才的培养提供借鉴和启示。
The basic research of youthful top talents is critical to the establishment of creative country, it has been the top priority of our country＇ s talents programme in the medium and long term. This paper takes the gainers of National Science Fund for distinguished young scholars in the field of information sciences as the object of study, the paper analyzes the cru- cial growing pathways in view of educational consistency, educational muhicomponent and the level of undergraduate course. The subsequent cultivation of our country＇ s youthful top talents can benefit from our research.
