摘要
基于城市效率的概念和内涵的理解,对城市效率的研究内容、评价指标、评价方法、评价尺度、影响因素及相关政策等方面进行梳理,指出我国未来城市效率的研究应着重以下几个方面:深化理论研究;合理选择城市效率的研究方法;完善城市效率评价的指标体系;加强城市效率评价的动态分析;深化影响因素研究。
Based on the concept and aspects of city efficiency containing valuation methods, research scale, connotation of city efficiency, evaluation contents, evaluation effect factors and the related this paper summarizes the five indicators of city efficiency, e- policies. On such a basis, itpoints out the following aspects which city efficiency should focus on in the future. Firstly, the theoretical research of city efficiency should be deepened. Secondly, the research methods of city efficiency should be selected reasonably. Thirdly, index system of city efficiency evaluation should be improved so as to evaluate city efficiency comprehensively. Fourthly, the evaluation of city efficiency should he focused on dynamic research. Lastly, the influence factors should be researched deeply.
