经尿道前列腺电切术216例临床分析 被引量：8

摘要 目的:探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)术中、术后并发症的防治。方法:回顾分析经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗良性前列腺增生216例临床资料。结果:平均手术时间66min,电切前列腺组织平均62g,无死亡病例,无术中转开腹手术,无电切综合征发生,术后病理诊断均为良性前列腺增生,出现暂时性尿失禁3例,经功能锻炼后恢复,并发尿道狭窄2例,行尿道扩张后痊愈。结论:做好术前准备,选择合适的电切方法,熟练掌握术中解剖标志,加强术中、术后的管理,护理对经尿道前列腺电切术并发症的预防有重要意义。
