摘要
阐述了变介电常数电容式传感器的原理,介绍了可变电容式倾角仪在低温检测时的两种实现方法,即冰点电解液法和加热法。通过实验数据对两种方法的优缺点进行了比较,说明了根据不同的环境温度需求进行倾角传感器设计。
This paper expounded the principle of the sensors of variable capacitive dielectric constant, and introduced two methods of the variable capacitive inclinometer in low-temperature detection, namely freezing point electrolyte method and heating. The advantages and disadvantages of the two methods were compared by the experimental data. It illustrated that the inclinometers should be designed according to the different ambient temperature.
