摘要
脑微出血(cerebral microbleeds,CMBs)被认为是一种有出血倾向的脑小血管病,在磁共振梯度回波成像(gradi-ent echo,GRE)T2*WI表现为2~5 mm的圆形信号减低区,并作为微小血管病变的一种生物学标志。微出血和很多常见脑血管疾病有密切关系,国内外学者对其关注越来越多,认识也进一步提高。目前,CMBs与脑功能损害的关系日益受到重视,特别是认知功能损害。本文就微出血发病情况、在脑血管疾病发生发展中的临床意义,以及微出血影像学表现及磁敏感加权成像(susceptibility weighted imaging,SWI)技术进行综述。
Cerebral microbleeds ( CMBs), a biological marker of microangiopathy, are known as a small vessel disease with a hemorrhagic tendency, and present as dot-like hypo-intensity lesions 2-5 mm in diameter at gradient echo T2* weighted imaging. CMBs are closely related to many common cerebrovascular diseases, and receiving increasing attention of the specialists at home and a- broad. With deeper insights into CMBs, more importance is being attached to the relation between CMBs and cerebral dysfunction, es- pecially cognitive dysfunction. This paper presents an overview on the incidence of CMBs, their clinical significance in the development and progression of cerebral vascular diseases, their imaging manifestations, and susceptibility weighted imaging.
