摘要
于葡萄成熟季节从蓬莱蛇龙珠葡萄园筛选表观无卷叶病毒症状、结实性状及糖酸品质良好的蛇龙珠群体6个,冬季收集57个单株,统一定植观察,通过两年次病毒检测,获得无病毒株系12个;通过成熟期测定果实糖酸含量、果皮色素等指标和葡萄酒基本理化指标,确定了1个丰产、葡萄酒色泽深的蛇龙珠优系CG5-6,3个糖、总酚、单宁含量高,产量相对较低的优系CG1-2,CG2-6,CG2-10。
Six groups containing 57 clones of Cabernet Gernischet were screened to obtain the clones without apparent symptoms of GLRaV and with good quality in harvest season. 12 virus-free clones were confirmed after two-years virus detection. In addition, some quality characteristics of the screened clones were determined, including weight of individual cluster and berry, total surgar, total acid of grape and the indicators of wine. The results led us to identify one excellent clones CG5-6 with high yield and deep color, and three clones CG1-2, CG2-6, G2-10 with high sugar, total phenol and tannin content but low yield.
