摘要
文章从受力状态原理、硬质合金消耗、高品质金刚石单晶的可同样获得、金刚石生产成本、投入产出比和设备成本、生产品种等诸多方面看六面顶压机的优势,以防止今后在六面顶压机继续大型化时走回头路。但是目前中国六面顶压机继续大型化(Φ(800～850)mm缸径以上)真正遇到了操作、大型顶锤、传压介质等不少问题。我们将如何对待,如何处理?文章提出了自己的见解,供探讨。
The article expounds the advantages of cubic press from the aspects of force principle,anvil consumption,high quality mono-crystal diamond production,production cost,input-output ratio,equipment cost and verities of diamond etc..It will help us to prevent return back during the process of continuous dimension enlargement.In the paper,the authors offer reference ideas from personal point of view in order to deal with the problems such as operation,big size anvil and pressure medium.
