摘要
大学生网络参政既是公民参政的一个组成部分,也是网络参政的特殊群体。大学生网络参政是时代潮流的产物,兼有网民参政的共同性与有网民参政的特殊性。文章认为大学生网络参政是其主观选择和人生价值的实现,但大学生网络参政也是一把双刃剑,积极面与有消极面并存,但网络政治本身的特点决定其总体上利大于弊。文章强调要不断建设和改进大学生网络参政的环境,加强大学生网络参政的制度化建设,提高大学生社会实践的能力,推进校园文化建设,使大学生网络参政理性化、健康化、有序化和规范化,并进而推进社会主义政治文明的进步。
College students＇ web politics is a part of citizen political participation and also the special groupof web politics. It is a product of the times and the objective requirements of international and domestic.College students participation in politics is by their subjective choice and is the realization of the value oflife. College students＂ web politics is a double--edged sword which is positive and is negative on the otherhand, but more benefit than harm, that is decided by its own characteristics of web politics. Constantlybuild and improve the environment of College students＂ web politics and strengthen the institutional con-struction, efforts to increase the intensity of students＂ social practice and campus culture to make it ra-tional, health--oriented, ordering and standardization in order to advance the progress of the socialist political civilization.
