摘要
目的探讨波前像差和电生理对白内障患者视觉质量评估的临床意义。方法选取46—84岁的年龄相关性白内障22例(30服)。术前矫正视力为0.5—0,8,行晶状体超声乳化+可折叠球面IOL植入术。利用Allegretto波前像差仪及Roland图形电生理测试仪在术前及术后1个月测试,评价其像差和电生理的变化,用SPSS13.0软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果术后波前像差第4阶像差总体均方根较术前降低(t=4.479,P〈0.01),总体高阶像差均方根也较术前降低(t=5.267,P〈0.01)。术后图形视觉诱发电位PVEP60’方格检查P100潜伏时间较术前缩短(t=3.323,P〈0.01),15’方格检查Pmoo潜伏时间也较术前缩短(t=2.567,P〈0.05)。结论波前像差和图形视觉诱发电位可以客观评估未熟期年龄相关性白内障患者手术前后的视觉质量。
Objective To analyze the wavefront aberration and pattern visual evoked potential in the patients with age-related cataract before and after the surgery. Methods Twenty-two patients with age- related cataract (30 eyes) undergoing phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation were collected. The patients aged from 46 to 84 years with the best corrected visual acuity from 0.5 to 0.8 before the surge- ry. Wavefront aberration and pattern visual evoked potential test were measured before and after the surgery. The data were analyzed by statistical SPSS 13.0 software. Results Wavefront aberration analysis showed that the values of root-mean-square total high order aberration (RMSh) and root-mean-square fourth-order aberration ( RMS4 ) were significantly reduced after the surgery (P 〈 0.01 ). The latent period of Pm0o in pat- tern visual evoked potential test (60' and 15' check) was shortened after the surgery (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclu- sion Wavefront aberration measurement and pattern visual evoked potential test are effective assessments of visual function in the patients with age-related cataract at immature stage.
