摘要
根据煤矿具体情况,分析对钢丝绳牵引带式输送机(简称钢带机)运行状况监控的必要性,设计了钢带机远程巡检监测系统。将无线通讯技术、视频监控技术、可编程控制器(PLC)控制和网络通讯技术结合,实现煤矿井下钢带机运行状态和巷道环境中烟雾、声响的实时监测。
In this paper, a remote momtormg and control system is designed based on the essential disposition analysis of belt conveyor in coal mine. With the combination of wireless communication, video monitoring and PLC controlling and communication technology, the monitoring of belt conveyor, smog and sound is carried out.
