摘要
针对当前高校外文期刊利用率低的问题,结合河北农业大学外文期刊实际情况,介绍了高校外文期刊利用现状,分别从读者导读、馆员素质、电子资源冲击和整个学术大环境方面,分析了影响外文期刊利用率的原因,提出了主动服务、有针对性地外刊订购及开展数据库导读服务等措施提高外文期刊利用率。
By taking the library of Agricultural University of Hebei for instance, the paper makes an analysis of the present situation in the utilization of foreign periodicals and expounds some main paths of the low rate of utilization of foreign periodicals from the guidance for readers, the quality of librarians, e-resources and whole academic environment. Some counter the measures are put forward to enhance the rate of utilization of paper-based foreign periodicals including in active service, pertinency order nf fc^r,~;~,,~ ,-,~;~;^~1_ ___J J_.
