摘要
目的探讨三七皂甙联合阿司匹林对脑卒中患者神经功能和二级预防的影响。方法将徐水县人民医院2009年12月-2010年6月收治的112例脑卒中患者分为治疗组和对照组,两组均采用常规治疗,对照组采用阿司匹林,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用三七皂甙,采用改良Rankin量表评分评价两组的预后,并比较两组患者的神经功能评分、脑卒中复发率、死亡率、预后不良率、不良反应。结果治疗组神经功能的改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的Rankin评分改善率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),复发率、死亡率及预后不良率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三七皂甙联合阿司匹林可显著改善脑卒中患者的神经功能,降低复发率和死亡率,在脑卒中的二级预防中有较高的应用价值。
Objective To explore the impact of panax notoginseng saposins combined with aspirin on neural function and the secondary prophylaxis in patients with stroke. Methods One hundred and twelve patients with stroke hospitalized in the People＇s Hospital of Xushui County from December 2009 to June 2010 were divided into treatment group and control group.The two groups were given routine treatment. Control group was treated with aspirin,while treatment group was received panax notoginseng saponins on the basis of control group.The modified Rankin scale score was used to evaluate the prognoses of the two groups,and moreover,neurological function score,stroke recurrence rate,mortality rate,poor prognosis rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The improvement of neural function in treatment group was significantly superior to that in control group（P0.05）.The improvement rate of Rankin score in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group（P0.05）,while recurrence rate,mortality rate and poor prognosis rate of treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group（P0.05）.There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups（P0.05）. Conclusions Panax notoginseng saponins combined with aspirin can significantly improve the nerve function of patients with cerebral apoplexy and reduce the rates of recurrence and mortality.It has higher application value in the secondary prophylaxis of stroke.
