摘要
结合一台冷一次风正压直吹式MPS型中速磨煤机,研究了分离器叶轮转速、风煤质量比和液压加载压力对贫煤和烟煤煤粉细度的影响。测试结果表明:各级叶轮转速下,混煤(70%贫煤+30%烟煤)煤粉要粗一些,R90差异约3%;在相同风煤质量比下,贫煤煤粉比烟煤煤粉细,R90也相差3%左右;液压加载压力5~8MPa时R90变化1%~5%,且烟煤煤粉R90高于贫煤煤粉R90值。
Based on a positive-pressure direct-fired MPS medium-speed mill with cool primary air, the effect of following pulverizing parameters on fineness of lean and bituminous coal powder has been analyzed, such as the impeller speed of separator, mass ratio of air to coal and the hydraulic loading pressure, etc. Results show that at various speeds of impeller, the fineness of coal mixture (70% lean coal+ 30% bituminous coal) is relatively coarse, with a R90 difference of about 3% ; at the same mass ratio of air to coal, the lean coal powder is finer than bituminous coal with also a R90 difference of about 3%; at a hydraulic pressure of 5-8MPa, the R90 difference lies in 1-5%, and the R90 of bituminous coal is higher than that of lean coal.
