摘要
进入21世纪以来,为了提高球磨机衬板的耐磨性能,我国冶铸工作者研制出了许多新型低合金耐磨钢,通过合理选择化学成分、加入低合金和微量合金,采取适当的热处理工艺,可以获得马氏体、贝氏体、贝氏体加马氏体的基体组织。
In order to improve the wear resistance of ball mill liner, a number of new low-alloy wear-resistant steel were developed in the 21 st century. Through selectting rational chemical composition, adding low-alloy and micro-alloy, appropriate heat treatment process, the base structures ofmartensite, bainite and bainite + martensite can be gained in the cast steel.
