摘要
传统的运动控制系统通常采用时间分割法以固定的周期进行插补运算,必然会产生速度波动误差和插补余量。本文在FPGA中设计的变周期精插补器可以较好地解决这些问题。变周期插补器由粗插补模块和变周期插补模块组成,可以实现直线、圆弧插补。最后加工实验表明,所设计的插补器使加工的平稳性和精度得到提高。
In the tradditional motion control, the velocity qunatizing errors and interpola- tion spareare unually generated by the operation of the time-dividing interpolation as the fixed period. Thepaper designs the interpolator based on the variable period to solve these problems. Theinterpolator is composed of two modules - the rough interpolation and variable periodinterpolation - to implement the interpolation for the line and arc. In terms of the designedinterpolator, the machining stability and precision is improved and tested in the final experiment.
