摘要
目的：调查分析我院单克隆抗体近年来在临床使用的概况。方法：通过计算机系统．采用wHO推荐的“限定日剂量”（Defined Daily Dose．DDD）为指标的分析方法进行分析。结果：目前在我院应用的单克隆抗体有5种．在用量及金额上呈增长趋势。结论：新的单克隆抗体制剂不断研制成功和应用于临床为防治肿瘤和免疫性疾病带来了新的希望。
Objective： To investigate the application of monoclonal antibody in our hospital for the last 7 years. Methods： Defined Daily Dose（DDD） recommended by WHO was taken as an analytical index for data analysis. Regulta： There were 5 monoclonal antibodies in our hospital. Their consumption and amount showed an increasing trend, but there was no significance. Conclusion： The development and application of new monoclonal antibodies brings new hooe to orevention and treatment of tumor and immune diseases.
