摘要
目的:探讨脑梗塞恢复期患者的康复护理效果。方法:选择本院收治的脑梗塞恢复期患者共74例作为研究对象,均给予基础护理,并重点给予康复训练和心理疏导。结果:护理后ADL量表有显著性改善(u=4.164,P=0.000)。结论:在系统康复护理的基础上,根据病情特点强调重点护理,对于改善脑梗塞恢复期患者生活质量有重要意义。
Objective： To explore the nursing effect of rehabilitation nursing for patients with cerebral infarction at convalescence.Methods： 74 patients as studied object were given based nursing,the rehabilitation training and psychological counseling were emphasized.Results： After nursing,the ADL score was improved significantly（u=4.164,P=0.000）.Conclusion： On base of systemic rehabilitation nursing,emphasizing on key point,can improve life quality of patients significantly,so it deserved considering in clinical work.
