摘要
目的探讨短期胰岛素泵(CSII)强化治疗对初诊2型糖尿病患者胰岛功能的影响。方法选择2009年1月~2011年6月我院收治的86例初诊2型糖尿病患者进行CSII强化治疗2周,观察比较治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、餐后2 h胰岛素(2 h INS)、糖化血红蛋白A1c(HbA1c)、胰岛素分泌指数(HOMA-β)和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)的变化情况。结果 FINS、2 h INS、HOMA-β水平较治疗前均明显上升(均P〈0.05);FPG、2 h PG、HbA1c、HOMA-IR水平较治疗前均明显下降(均P〈0.05)。
Objective To investigate the impact of short-term continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion(CSII) intensive therapy on pancreatic islets function of the newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) patients.Methods 86 cases of newly-diagnosed T2DM patients were selected in our hospital from January 2009 to June 2011 and two weeks of CSII therapy were given.The change of the levels of the fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 hours postpradial glucose(2 h PG),fasting insulin(FINS),2 hours postpradial insulin(2 h INS),glycosylated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),insulin secretion indexes(HOMA-β) and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR) were observed and compared before and after CSII therapy.Results After two weeks intensive treatment of CSII,the levels of FINS,2 h INS,HOMA-β increased significantly than before treatment(P 〈 0.05).After treatment the levels of FPG,2 h PG,HbA1c,HOMA-IR decreased significantly than before treatment(P 〈 0.05).Conclusion There is a significant effect of the short-term CSII intensive therapy on pancreatic islets function of the newly-diagnosed T2DM patients
