摘要
文章对国内外产业安全评价模型进行了回顾和梳理,在此基础上创造性的提出了产业生产力生成能力概念,并从产业生产力生成能力、产业控制力、产业生态环境、产业竞争力四个角度,33个评价因子提出装备制造业产业安全评价"四因素模型"。采用功效系数法对我国装备制造业产业安全状态进行评价,数据分析显示我国装备制造产业的产业安全程度估算值为45.8,处于"临界状态"。国家需要采取相应政策和措施,维护我国装备制造业产业安全,保持产业可持续健康发展。
This thesis comes up with ＂the four-factor model＂ of industrial safety indicator of the equipment manufacturing industry from the generative capacity of industrial productivity, industrial control, industrial environment, and industrial competitiveness, as well as 33 evaluation factors. Using the efficacy coefficient method to evaluate the security status of Chinese equipment manufacturing industry, we conclude that the estimated value of the industrial safety of Chinese equipment manufacturing industry is 45.8, and the industrial safety is at the ＂critical state＂.
