左卡尼汀对维持性血液透析患者营养状态及贫血的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:回顾性分析左卡尼汀对维持性血液透析患者营养状态及贫血的影响。方法:对维持性血液透析48例终末期肾脏病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,统计其应用左卡尼汀前后一般营养状态及贫血状态的指标。未应用左卡尼汀的为A组;左卡尼汀1.0 g,每次透析后静脉推注,血液透析2~3次/周,连续使用6个月的为B组,比较两组的差异。结果:与A组相比,B组血清白蛋白(Alb)、透析前尿素氮(BUN)、血红蛋白(Hb)的含量均较高(P<0.05);总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)的含量均降低(P<0.05)。结论:维持性血液透析患者规律应用左卡尼汀营养状态及贫血能够得到改善。
