摘要
目的:探讨布地奈德混悬液用于雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘的疗效和护理。方法:用布地奈德混悬液1mg加入空气压缩泵雾化吸入,每日1～2次,每次10～15分钟,3～5天为一个疗程。结果:82例患者中,显效53例,占65%;有效22例;总有效率91%。结论:布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘的临床疗效好、副作用小、操作简单。
Objective ：To explore the curative effect and nursing of atomization inhalation of Budesonide suspension liquid in the treatment of children asthma. Methods：With Budesonide suspension liquid 1 mg join compressed air pump aerosol inhalation, 1 -2 times every day, each time 10 - 15 minutes,3 - 5 days for a period of treatment. Results ：53 cases were markedly improved,65 % ; Effective 75 cases; total efficient 91%. Conclusion ：Budes- onide suspension liquid atomization inhalation in the treatment of childhood asthma clinical good effect and side effect was small, simple operation.
