摘要
对近几年来人工窖泥的研究进展进行了综述,包括人工窖泥的培养、存在的问题和质量的提高三个方面,并对人工窖泥的发展进行了展望。
The research progress in artificial pit mud in resent years was reviewed in three aspects,including the culture,the problems and the quality of improving of artificial pit mud.In addition,the development of artificial pit mud was also predicted.
