摘要
采用Proe/Adams/Matlab建立了某起重机虚拟样机模型,并进行了机电液一体化联合仿真,对驱动油缸的运动及受力、液压系统性能及控制系统性能进行了分析,这种联合仿真的实现方法及仿真试验的结果为某起重机的优化设计提供了可靠的分析数据。
The Virtual prototype of a crane is built by Proe/Adarns/Matlab and then the hydromechatronics simulation is done: the movement and strength of the drive valve are analyzed and the improvement of hydraulics and control system are simulated. The simulation results provide some reliable analysis data for the design of a crane.
