摘要
目的:观察痰热清注射剂治疗小儿急性支气管肺炎的疗效。方法:将患儿90例随机分成两组。观察组50例应用痰热清联合头孢米诺钠静滴,病毒唑注射剂合用头孢米诺钠40例对照组。结果:观察组治愈率96.0%;对照组80.0%,前者优于后者(P<0.05),并且在退热、止咳平喘、消除啰音方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清注射剂具有抗病毒、抗炎作用,副作用小,治疗小儿支气管肺炎安全有效。
Objective：To observe theTanreqing injection in treatment of children with acute bronchial pneumonia.Methods： 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group 50 cases of application of Tanreqing for injection combined with Mino intravenous sodium,and ribavirin injection combined with sodium in 40 cases of Mino control.Results：the treatment group the cure rate was 96% 80% in the control group,the former is better than the latter（P 0.05）,and in the fever,cough and asthma,removing rales was superior to the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion：injection with antiviral,antiinflammatory effect,small side effect,safe and effective treatment of children bronchial pneumonia.
