摘要
针对复方作用特点,为提高临床疗效,提出采用支持向量机SVM建模、非支配排序遗传算法NSGA-II多目标优化、熵权TOPSIS法多属性决策优选复方剂量配比的方法,最后以苓桂术甘汤为例验证方法的有效性。
In connection with the characteristics of compound and improvement of the clinical efficacy, the research proposes the methods of supporting vector machine modeling, multi-objective optimization of non-sorting genetic algorithm and the method of entropy TOPSIS for multi-attribute decision-making of the preferred compound dose ratio. And the example of lingguizhugan decoction is used to verify the validity of methods.
