摘要
目的 :探讨抗菌药在慢性非细菌性前列腺炎治疗中的作用。方法 :对 6 0例门诊本病患者随机分组研究 ,一组服用普适泰 (舍尼通 )并序贯服用 3种抗菌药 ,一组仅服用舍尼通 ,治疗期均为 3个月。结果 :两组患者自觉症状改善率、症状评分好转率及前列腺液常规中 WBC下降率的差异均无统计学意义 ,但使用抗菌药可提高并发前列腺结石或钙化灶患者的治疗有效率 ,亦可提高其精子质量和数量。结论 :对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎不必常规使用抗菌药 ,但对并发前列腺结石或钙化灶者应适当使用抗菌药物。
Purpose: To study the effect of antibacterial agents in the treatment of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis(CNP).Methods: 60 outpatients from Dec 1998 to May 1999 were randomly grouped in two groups .One group patients were treated with prostat and three kinds antibacterial agents ,the other group patients were treated with prostat only. The treatment period was 3 months, and follow up were done every month.Results: There remains no predominant statistically differences between these two groups ,presenting basic similarities in the rates of the symptomatic relieves, the symptomatic score(SFQ) improvements and the decrease of leucocytes (WBC)counting in EPS(expressed prostatic secretion).Conclusions: Antibacterial agents can elevate the cure rate of the CNP with the prostate calculi, and can improve the quality and quantity of the semen.
