摘要
目的探讨静脉麻醉与雾化吸入麻醉在无痛纤支镜检查中的应用价值。方法选取2005年1月～2010年3月间行纤支镜检查的本院住院病人100例为研究对象。随机分为观察组50例和对照组50例。观察组行静脉麻醉无痛纤支镜检查,对照组性雾化吸入纤支镜检查。结果观察组患者麻醉效果、麻醉情况和术中生命体征监测结果与对照组比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论静脉麻醉在无痛纤支镜检查中是一项安全、高效、不良反应少的术前麻醉方式。
Object To investigate the application value of intravenous anesthesia and inhalation anesthesia in painless bronchoscopy.Method 100 patients who had bronchoscopy in our hospital from January 2005 to March 2010 were selected for the study.100 patients were randomly divided into two groups： observation group of 50 patients and a control group of 50 patients.Observation group had intravenous anesthesia and control group had inhalation anesthesia.Results Compared with the control group,there were significant differences observed in the observation group（P0.05）.The intraoperative anesthetic conditions and monitoring vital signs of observation group were better than the control group.Conclusion The application of painless intravenous anesthesia in bronchoscopy examination can ensure the smooth of operation and it safe,efficient,and has adverse reactions.
