摘要
大学生是我周重要的人力资源组成部分,但当前大学毕业却面临严峻的就业形势。为了进一步完善大学生就业保障体系建设,更好地促进大学生就业,文中通过分析当前大学生就业形势的现状,深入阐述造成当前严峻就业形势的根本原因,并提出进一步完善大学生就业保障体系的新对策。
The college students are important parts of human resource in China, but the graduation is facing with the severe employment situation. In order to further improve the university students＇ employment security system construction and promote the employment of college students. The current employment situation of university students＇ are analyzed, and the explained the situation of austere obtain employment, and then the new countermeasures of im- proving college students＇ employment security system are suggested.
