摘要
过氧化物酶增殖体激活受体γ(PPARγ)作为细胞核内的受体,主要由配体激活剂活化后对多种核内靶基因的表达进行调控,从而影响机体的糖脂代谢、细胞发育以及调节炎症和免疫反应。现对PPARγ分子结构、分布、特点及其配体情况进行总结,并阐述PPARγ在慢性免疫性炎症中的作用,以及对类风湿关节炎的影响。期待能够通过对PPARγ的进一步研究,为类风湿性关节炎的治疗提供新的手段。
Peroxisome proliferation activated receptor-γ(PPARγ)is the receptors in nucleus.It is mainly regulated and controlled by the ligand activation of activator on expression of multiple nuclear target gene.Thus it can affect the body′s lipid metabolism,cell growth,regulation of inflammation and immune response.The molecular structure,distribution,characteristics and ligands conditons of PPARγ are to be summarized here.It also described the role of PPAR γin chronic immune inflammation,as well as the effect on rheumatoid arthritis.It is expected that the further study on PPARγ will provide a new method for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
